Peter Stack: Former EVP Global Catalogue Recordings BMG, managing and building BMG’s master catalogue business on a worldwide basis – company and copyright asset acquisition; product development and planning; sales, marketing, and distribution; rights management; third party licensing.

Founder and Managing Director Union Square Music Group, launching and developing all areas of the company’s rapid growth strategy and planning – product development, rights acquisition, sales, distribution, marketing, staffing, budgeting, accounting and reporting, financing (masters and publishing), integration into BMG following acquisition.

Former Managing Director Music Collection International (now Demon Music Group), managing rapid growth enabling stock market listing as part of VCI Group plc. Former Independent Label Representative and Board Director PPL Ltd Former BPI Elected Council Member and Board Director.

Tim Fraser-Harding: Former President of Global Catalogue Recorded Music at Warner Music, overseeing the company’s catalogue business on a worldwide basis, with the US operation (Rhino) reporting directly.

Key functions included product development and marketing, global campaigns for superstar artists, improving revenue across digital and physical through innovation and a solid release schedule, and artist signings and renegotiations.

Previously, International Catalogue positions at Sony Music, with key focus on product development and high-level global marketing campaigns. Earlier career saw over a decade in record retail in UK and Ireland.

Danny Macleman CA: Former Senior Vice-President & Finance Director of Global Catalogue at BMG, overseeing the finances of BMG’s catalogue business on a worldwide basis.

Key functions included financial planning and analysis, implementing the company growth plan, identifying revenue improvements, catalogue integrations, royalty audits, investment appraisal and valuations.

Previously an Investments Analyst at EMI Music’s head office, and held finance roles at Warner Music UK, and Zomba Records. Qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000, with PWC.
